Whether it’s by suicide or slow death of addiction, death is a permanent solution to a temporary problem...stay strong to all that suffer with depression/addiction.
When I heard Michael Jackson had died I was suprised. When I heard Layne had died I misted up but in my heart I knew it was inevitable with the smack. When I heard David Bowie had died I shed a tear , he had a long productive life. When I heard Chris Cornell had died ..and died by his own hand, I cried as a grown man. He was the best voice of my generation.
I remember hearing this song in my 10th grade free period at school. It was back in 2005 and I had just discovered this album. The lyrics were beyond me at the time but I really loved the somber tune. As I got older I really started to understand and appreciate the soul and lyrics of this song.

One of the best, most original bands to date in my opinion. Thankful to have grown up with this music in my life.

Haha I remember the Soundgarden cd-rom, back when computers had 2 inch videos and terrible sound.
