I tried to kill people with shoes I bought near the Alamo in San Antonio made my way out to Arkansas and tried to kill people with shoes I heard about it on the news in San Diego
This song was dedicated to my grandfather by the priest in their small southern town.. It was played at his funeral in front of 400 people. Family man, rancher, honorary director for Texas cattle raising association, county commissioner, county judge, man of the year in agriculture, POW korea, but most importantly, my grandfather. This song warms my heart and make me smile so big every time I hear it. Almost like it was written for him.
I’m guessing the timeline in the concept starts in the 20s and 40s expands to the 60s and the final is in the 90s!!Since nothing is really being talked about in the comments! Other than “who’s listening in [insert year]” or “I’m love country” and finally “we love you in [insert country of origin]”
